1 General Terms & Conditions

Payments to third-party accounts or in another person's name are not accepted. If a suspicious transaction is detected, bet9ja may place a hold on the payment until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be used once.
• To withdraw a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met (typically 5–30 times).

• Winnings from a free bet will be credited after deducting the original free bet amount.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet9ja:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering using another person's details.
• Manipulating the betting system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Obtaining services through false or misleading information.
• Borrowing or lending money to third parties for the purpose of placing bets.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bet9ja may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
